Refund policy

If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased through our site for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 45 days for an exchange or refund.

Please be advised that prior authorization is required on all returns and exchanges. Any return or exchange sent to us without return authorization cannot be accepted.

For any manufacturer defects, or damaged products occurred in shipping we will provide prepaid return labels. 

Prepaid Returns Labels are at the sole discretion of Natural Beauty Group

Follow the steps below to return or exchange the item(s):

Call us at 1-877-414-3223 or via email at service@naturalbeautygroup.com. A Customer Service Specialist will provide you with a return authorization number.

Print It

If a Prepaid Return Label is provided print the label from your email.

Pack It

Pack items into a box and include your return authorization number. Please include any additional notes or details to help expedite the return process. Seal the box and affix the pre-paid label to the outside.

Ship It

Take the package to any USPS, FedEx or UPS pick up or drop off location.

We are not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.

Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed, at which time a credit or exchange will be made depending on your request. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to show on your account.

At Natural Beauty Group we make every effort to track products that are unsatisfactory to our customers and to remove those products that have a history of being returned. For this reason we appreciate any comments/reasons that you can give us for returning a product that you find unsatisfactory.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
